No - we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level. Most people who sign up are beginners or returning after a long period of inactivity.
Once you've completed payment you can start right away. The 6 weeks begins once you've booked your first session.
We have over 30 weekly sessions to choose from. Sessions run weekday mornings 6am, 7am, 9am and 10am and evenings at 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm plus Saturday mornings at 8am, 9am and 10am. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.
It's your choice - you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
